Goldy's Run

The girls completed their fourth straight from the Goldy's Run this spring, this year walking the 5k with Grandpa Tom and La (with Roman in tow), instead of the kiddie "Goldy's Gallop" quarter-miler.  Next year they're hoping to run it!

Mama Bear knocked out the 10 miler.  Next year she's hoping to actually train for it! 

Spring Break 2017

We spent spring break 2017 in St. Petersburg, FL at Guy Harvey's Outpost with the Beermans.  The weather wasn't terribly cooperative, so we spent little time on the beach and in the ocean, but got our fair share of vitamin D, pool time and much needed R&R.

Highlights include:

• The giant inflatable beach slide
• Bumping into Sawyer's preschool bfs, Will & Jack
• Lounging on the fireside hammocks (before and after nightly s'mores)
• The "party pool" (bumping music and DJ'd games)
• Throwing and catching the football, in the pool and across the resort
• Digging for gems and shark teeth
• Getting beach 'dos (cornrows and beaded braids)
• And, Beerman bonding
