We closed the summer down with a neighborhood BBQ, waterslides, outdoor projector screen movies, a bonfire for the moms, and cocktails and craft brews for the dads in the Jung basement bar. All we have to show for it is this one photo, and it's a blur... kind of like our summer. Time flies when you're having fun!
While Linds had E at T-Swift, S & I took a few of her buddies (Cade and Caleb D) our for pizza and then to horse around in alternate universes, including one where they had to fight off zombies (!), at Voxel's Virtual Reality Parlour.
Linds and Joelle took the Evie, Savanna, Alayna, Gracyn to see T-Sweezy's Reputation tour at US Bank Stadium, the girls first ever concert. Even better, Autie La had the hook-up and got them an upgrade to floor seats, just five rows off the stage. The show was everything they hoped for an more (I mean just look at E's glow in that video!), and Taylor Swift hasn't stopped playing in the car, house or garage ever since.
It wouldn't be August without a trip to the Great Minnesota Get-Together, one of the girls' favorite days of summer (except when Mom & Dad say "no" to Dippin' Dots).
