Duluth

Itching to get a winter escape in "up north", we jumped on a free 24 hours Presidents Day weekend.

We stayed at Pier B resort, hiked Chester, ate Lulu's pizza, Love ice cream and Denver Grill brunch, relaxed in our hotel's outdoor lakeside hot tub, and breathed Superior's air.

Love, love, love Duluth.

She's ba-ack | 7A @ Farmington

After 6 weeks, Sawyer returned to her WGBA 7A squad for their final regular season tourney, the Tiger Classic. 

On a "pitch count" she got just 3-6 min per game, but it was amazing to see her back on the court. Smiles up and down the bench, in the stands, on coach... and, if you looked close enough, on her as well.

The team won the tourney, ending the season with a 27-4 record, winning 7 of their 11 tournaments, ranked #1 in the the state, and seeded #2 in Tier 1 for the upcoming State tournament.
